Are all your watches in working condition?

​

Yes! All of our vintage watches are fully functional unless otherwise stated in the product description. We carefully test and inspect each piece before listing it for sale.

Are your watches authentic?

​

Yes — every watch we sell is 100% authentic. We take pride in sourcing genuine vintage timepieces and thoroughly verify their authenticity before making them available. No fakes, no replicas, ever.

Can I have the bracelet resized?

​

Absolutely. We offer bracelet size adjustments upon request. Please contact via Instagram or email us at studio.eos@outlook.com  with your order number and wrist size, and we'll take care of it before shipping.

What is your return policy?

​

We offer a 7-day return policy if the watch arrives faulty or not as described. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.


Note: Returns for change of mind are not accepted due to the nature of vintage items.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

 How long will it take to receive my watch?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary:

  • Domestic orders: 3–5 business days

  • International orders: 7–14 business days, depending on customs

Are the watches serviced or refurbished?

​

All watches are cleaned, inspected, and tested for function. Some may be lightly refurbished for wearability, but we preserve as much of the original character as possible. Each product description will note the condition clearly.

Do you offer repairs or servicing?

At the moment, we do not offer watch repairs or servicing. However, we’re happy to recommend trusted specialists if you need help.
